Bought my 97 new in apr 97 for straight msrp of 27999. Bought it while I was stationed in Europe, so no tax, dealer fees, etc....

Bought my 96 from Carmax about two years ago with 70K for $11,500. Been wanting to get a 4Runner since I saw my first one in 1984.

I bought my black 99 runner (highlander) manual with 75K miles for $15,500 in Portland Oregon from a broker about a year ago. I thought it was a great deal especially since I'd been searching for this exact rig for months....But, I think i'm gonna sell it soon and start driving my 95 3.slow....it's too nice to 4x in my opinion

2003 SR5 bought in August of 2003 for $27,700.

I just bought a 98 Limited with 66K miles for $13,000. This was a pretty good deal as the woman I bought it from just got a company car and wanted to unload this.

I bought my 02 Limited 4x4 with 6 miles for $32,000 in May of 02. sticker was $40,000 has just about every option. Not that I needed them, I just wanted it that bad. I wanted a 4-Runner since I was 13 or 14. Two used and now dead cars later... decided to buy myself what I always wanted. I was a little bothered when they told me the 03 has a V-8, but when I saw the body style on that, I was glad I bought it. I always thought 4x4's were supposed to be narrow with short wheel bases to help with navigating harsh terrain...

I bought my 98' Limited 4WD with 11,000 miles last spring for $15,500. Needless to say, I was (and am) pretty ecstatic.

Bought my 97 SR5 with 60000 in May 03 for 13,500. Nice nice condition. I love it more than anything else. Bank dude was jealous and asked to buy it for 14,500. Said sorry she's mine all mine. Since then rear air shocks, elbow removal, amsoil, flowmaster. Need CD player though.
