How to make heated rear view mirror?

Does anyone know of any company that sells a "patch" type of element? You know, one that just sticks (epoxy) to the back of any mirror. The heat should radiate throughout the glass even if the "patch" is smaller than the glass. The wiring might be a pain, but I think it would be worth it.

Cebby, what about retrofitting the Minco units to the soles of my wifes feet? Could you wire in a thermostat?? She puts those frigid piggies on me again while I'm sleeping..... well hell man, I may just have a heart attack! Let me know what you think.

That too is a good idea, but a little more involved than I'm willing to try @ this time.... Unless your wife is the model that can leave her heart at home while shopping. That mod would be a little simpler.
