How much over invoice did you guys pay for your tacoma? It seems like edmunds and kelly blue book say people are paying anywhere from $1000 to $2000 over invoice. Does that sound about right?

I paid 22,600 or somewhere around there for my Double Cab PreRunner Automatic with the SJ package and that was without tax.
I would contact Dianne at Carson Toyota, she posts on TundraSolutions and you should be able to get a quote from her since you are in Cali.

toyota has some pricing sale going on right now on prerunner taco extra cabs. They were priced at 20k for 5 spd, extra cab, 4x2. I saw the sticker in the windows when I was up there a few days ago.

I got the V6, is comes standard with the DC Model. I could not afford a 4x4 since I only work 12 hours a week and go to college.

If you like, I'll post Tacoma cash back incentives in effect after a call on Monday. I don't recall Tacoma, but know Tundra incentives make it easily possible to buy under invoice, even on the '06's arriving now.

Looks like kkb and edmunds is lying then. Good to know people aren't paying that much.
This is actually for both my parents and me. They want a cheapy 2wd and I'll be getting the 4x4 trd...hopefully we'll get a group buy discount . Anyway, I'm going to wait until next year to buy so they work out the first year production bugs.
