Help! White Smoke Again

I am wondering what could possibly be wrong with my 4runner. First, when I put the car in gear, it began to smoke and almost stall. Then, the white smoke continued to come out for quit a while down the road. I know that I have to have my valves adjusted and the cam seals replaced, but i didn't think that that would cause this. This engine was rebuilt last year around this time. Now, I am having the same problem again. It's funny how this started after i left the Toyota dealership. I think that they purposely ruined my truck . Please help!

What Year is it and is it Automatic? The engine could be pulling trans oil through the vacuumn modulator, if your truck has one. I hope its this 'cause its a simple fix, good luck

If it's white smoke there's a good chance you have a failed head gasket.

The 1996 3.4L engine had a common problem with HGs but they were leaking coolant externally not into the cylinders. Not saying it can't happen though.

Did they just change the oil? Could have added too much oil, happened to my brother.
