Help with TSB's...
Is there a site for TSB's? I recall a TSB that I never acted on. I have a '96 Runner that buzzes when I turn it off, the buzzing continues intermittently for days!
Thanks,
Emil

Okay, so I am TOTALLY uninformed. If I found two (relating to the same problem) TSBs for my truck. What do these mean for me? How do I use them to get the problem fixed? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Brady

Hey, that would be great, I think the number is EG00297. That should be for the buzzing Evap Canister. Will that show me how to fix it or do I need to go through the dealer?
THANKS AGAIN!!!

The buzzing is caused by the EVAP canister. If you put your ear by the canister, you can narrow it down to a line that plugs into a big round looking thing attached to an even bigger box (the canister). If you pull that line, which comes from the fuel tank, it will stop the buzzing; however, it will also release fuel vapors (you will smell it, trust me) into the engine compartment, which is not good.
Your best bet is to get the upgraded part from the dealer. Personally, I don't care about the buzzing so I just let it go.
