After a fair amount of research, I purchased a pair of Bilstein f4-be5-2451-h0 to pair with OME 906's on for the rear of my GF's 2002 4Runner.

I also ordered the 2450's with along with 99 springs for the front. HOWEVER, the front struts did not ship and will not be stocked for the next 2 months.

What is a reasonable alternative to this strut?? The 4600 seems like less of a product to pair?
