HELP!! My '02 Tacoma's IFS Differential Questions>>?

What's up i have an '02 Tacoma 5 speed 4wd. w/ 3'' Revtec lift on 33's. I went wheeling about a year ago and ever since the front wheels will NOT spin! The green 4X4 indicator light comes on It locks into gear. The transfer case works and spins the shaft. But when it gets to the Front diff the wheels are not engauged. And therefore dont spin.. I'm not an expert by any means but I am eager to find any help or advise i could get. I'm a full time student at Wyotech and I havent gotten my baby dirty like she deserves. I just changed the fluid and it was very low.. and i know in all IFS Diffs from '95 - '03 tacomas theres the bold together design some have vaccume some electric accuators engauging. I'm curious if there is something electrical? Is it the Hubbs? Is my Diff siezed or something? Any advice would be greatly appreciated Thank You!!

Do you have manual hubs or ADD (Automatic Differential Disconnect)?

You have a broken component in most likely the front diff. Possible spider/side gear or ring/pinion.
