ok so here it goes I got a 96 tacoma 4 cyl 5 speed. I got the code p0171 bank one too lean. It's got a new fule pump, filter, plugs, wires, all new vacuum lines with no leaks on the hoses or though out the intake. MAF sensor is cleaned and reads properly along with all other sensors "i ran it on a snap on solis scanner". New pcv valve cleaned egr valve..im running out of ideas.. I know the fule pump does not kick on unless it's running witch makes now sense?? It idels rough and hesitates around 3000 rpm. If try to run it through the gears hard it's gut less till 3000 rmp. So if any one has a salution to this prob please help me

Did you check your o2 sensor?

 

I ran it on a scanner and it said the were reading fine....

 

I just played with my TPS sensor last night. I pulled it off and cleaned it and put it back on. Then I realised that it is ajustable so I tinkered with it alil more now it idels alot better, and dirvability improved alittle not much so I think I still got some problems
