First of all welcome!

Sounds like you got a great deal there!!!
I have seen 99's on ebay with 100K+ miles that go for more than that.

Lots of people to wheel with out there. I used to live on the peninsula but moved a few months ago. Check out the link to a Bay Area 4WD club in my sig.

Sounds like a descent deal... plus maintenance records can be priceless. Not only does it show that the owner cared enough about the vehicle to keep track of things, but also what has and hasn't been done. Sounds good to me anyways.

WOW, that sounds like a smoking deal to me. Depending on the options and all, a rig like that should go for more like 15k I would think...

Yeah, you definatley got a deal there. My V6 2WD 99' Tacoma Prerunner cost me $17,000 and it only had 65,000 miles on it. Have fun and best of luck!

Welcome to the forum. You got a good deal on your rig. Beware now cause this board will lighten up your wallet real quick. You'll be surprised with the amount of collective knowledge and soon enough you'll be spending more to modify your rig. Congrats!

What are you majoring in at IA State? That was a big win over the Longhorns!

Hey TDiddy- Majoring in Computer Science. Found that IA State is one of the best colleges for CS in the nation so I decided to give it a shot! For sure, I wasn't able to see the game but I heard what happened and later saw the replays... what a great ending!!

I don't get down to DSM too much but if you ever see a white 85 xtracab with 80s brown/orange factory stripes on it, that'd be me!
