Post Anyone got pics of 3rd gen ltd "Dune/Silver"?

Just wondering if anyone had pics of a '99 LTD with the "dune" (kinda brown/silver) color? I hope that's what it is called .

I'm going to go look at one and the picture doesn't do it justice. It actually has the two tone dune with silver flares.

Thanks

Thanks a lot man, that is a pretty sweet ride, I like that color combo better than I thought I would. I'm driving a total of 800 miles tomorrow to go look at one, and I was nervous if I would like the color, (been holding out for silver or white) but now I'm feeling very confident about buying it.

Thanks again!!

I just bought the same color 98 LTD very nice ! you will not be disapointed. I like it because its one of the only exterior colors that goes with the tan interior.

The Desert Dune color really varies with light (look at my pics).
It changes from a sandy tan color in the day (high light) to almost silver at night (low light).
I love the color because it hides dirt so well...car looks ok even when filthy!

The desert dune is a real good exterior color. It was my first choice when I bought my rig. It changes color depending on the amount of light. I went with the black fenders though because Toyota only have that combo in the SR5 trim and I really wanted a 5 speed. My cousin's got the limited with that color combo and it really looks nice.

I have a 2000 SR5 in Desert Dune, but no pics at this time. Sitting by itself, you'd say it was silver. But put it next to a "real" silver color and you notice the hint of tan.

Here's the most recent one I took w/ my Satoshi grill and Stubbs sliders (heh heh, very happy w/ the new look).

Also, I have some other close up pics on my Xterra step tube mod page:

Thanks a lot guys, you helped convince how nice that color is, and I'm very happy to say that yesterday I actually put money down on a '99 ltd w/ e-locker that is the dune / silver two tone.

It sucks though, I have to wait untill next weekend tp pick it up and drive anther 720 miles to go get it. But it will be worth it!! Got a pretty decent deal on it too.

Thanks again!!

Oh yeah maybe you could help my sell my '91 SR5, its in the classifieds.
