Has anyone ever done custom made 5 grooves crankshaft on the 5vz-fe?

The reason I am asking you all this question because I am getting alternator belt slip every time I start engine. The 5vz-fe came with 3 grooves crankshaft. The alternator is too strong for 3 grooves pulley on the alternator. My alternator is a 270amps. It's for my stereo system that keep my electrical system strong. The 270amps alternator came with 5 grooves pulley but I changed it with stock 3 grooves pulley. The alt belt is new and tight. It has been like this ever since I installed a new alternator. I always ignored it. It's getting on my nerve now.

I might don't get much help from here but I give it a shot.

gates or a GoodYear gaterback if they make them for the 5vz. I would try that route first since it's the cheapest.

I think I threw away the old one.

There are few companies that can make 200-300 amps alternator(i've seen upward to 400amps). Look up Iraggi Alternators, DC Power Engineering, Mechman, Ohio Gen, and Powermasters.

I know they make the gatorback belt for it. Been running one for about 3 or 4 years now.
