hard to start

hard to start
The past few times I've tried to start up my pickup it has taken about twice as many cranks to get it going. If it's warmed up then it starts as usual.
It's about 50f when i try to start it, i've got a strong battery, and 0w30 synthetic. Fresh plugs, wires, dist. and rotor.
Any ideas?
