With a lot of patience I think. When I was replacing the radiator a couple weeks ago, I started taking the grill off until I figured out I didn't have to with some ratchet extensions.
Anyway, you will see where it meets the body, and is held in by some small black clips. On top of these clips is a small pointy part that looks like it does something, or should - take a screwdriver, and press this in while gently pulling out. Now here's the tricky part, you need to keep the one you're pulling out (not all the way, plastic doesn't bend like that - just trying to keep it from latching again) from going back in while doing another one by it. At least this is how I think it comes off. Just remember - that grill likes to be on the truck. It wants to be there. Removing it seemed like a big pain to me, hence why I sought other means to my end.
