Got new tires too.....

I just got some tires too....BFG AT 265/75/16.

looks much better i think, it makes a lot of difference to me at least. =) no biggie just tires....Since the SC is a no go for me, I had to fill the void in my life...I know how a lot of you feel about the white lettering being out, but please dont bash, i just like the look. thought i'd share my joy

Sorry about the big pics...It feels a lot higher riding my rig now...but the noise factor is definitely there, my stock suspension feels loose....time for some Bilsteins

Nice tires Ray. BTW, I have my white lettering showing as well, so no bashing from me!

Nice Ray. I went with the white out as well, for the first time ever. Maybe it's just cause it's different but I like it for now.

What did you have on there before that 265/75's make it feel higher?

Looking good with those whites out! I'm going to go with that size for the next time, but will go with the Bridgestone AT Revo's as they are quieter and ride better than the BFG's.

Actually I think its 1/2 an inch. The entire diameter is 1 inch greater. Just curious, when I bought mine it only had 245's on it.

245s? no way! was it 16in rims? i see that you have 16s now but did urs come with the steel rims originally? cuz for an sr5 thicker tires and 16in rims would have been an option that you'd pay to get. and about my tires, yea i think it'd be 1/2 inch higher, thanks for correction, i have bad tendency to imagine and creat things in my head, thought i had rear lockers too at one time too.

Yep, they were 245/75/16. I'm sure they came originally with 265/70's, but whoever had it before me must have went cheap when they replaced the original tires.

They looked soooo stupid after I put the OME coils and shocks on there! I went straight to 285's.

a good price should be around 150 or so. however I've seen prices up to 280 (friend got his ome's installed this summer)

But you should really try to do it yourself, cuz the only hard part is messin with the spring compressor IMO

So I'm just gettin SAWs

But yea, normally it's 3 hrs. So avg between 45-90 bucks an hour.
