He tinted over the tint on the Ext.Cab windows, so they are limo (about 8% he esitmated)

What about annual inspection?

MattyFatty, do you live in a state where annual inspection (or smog check) is required? How on earth can you pass with such dark limo tint? Or do you have connection to get the sticker no matter what?

This film doesn't impair your GPS, mobile phone, satellite radio signals, I assume? Since that it doesn't look reflective (metallic) to me.
