I bought Yukon front and rear 5.29s with both master install kits for $506 shipped.

Labor to install gears plus rear Truetrac cost me $800.

i got mine from Alex at Performance Offroad Center.

F/R "Yukon" 4.56 w/ F/R master install kits shipped for $501.

if you don't already know, the Yukon's are simply other quality manufacturer overruns boxed in a Yukon Box. I have Richmond rears and Precision fronts.

bench installation was $300 w/ F/R ARB Lockers - i pulled the diff/third and replaced them.

they are first quality, but you get what you get - no defects or rejects, just production overruns. you can't pick and choose which box you want.

If this helps, I was quoted $625 for gears, master install kit and actual install. The prices were approximately $275 for V6 gears (these are more than 4 cylinder gears, which fit but need additional shims), $100 for the master install kit, and $250 for install. If you add a locker, install would be free for the locker as long as it's not an ARB (that would require additional plumbing). These prices were from 4XDoctor in Burbank California.

BTW, these prices were for the rear differential on a 3rd gen.

go to pirate or tacomaterritory and PM "PORC"

that's ALEX at Performance Offroad Center and that's how I got mine so cheap.

there's usually at least 2 vendors on pirate w/ deals on gears - just search.
