Gauge overlay or face replacement

I just picked up an almost mint 2001 4Runner SR5. It's almost perfect, but there's one imperfection.

The tachometer gauge overlay or "face" has bubbled up. I'm guessing the sun got it or a bulb got hot behind it.

Either way, I'd like to replace it. However, I can't find a stock replacement gauge overlay. I wouldn't mind replacing them all if I can't find just the one for the tach. I've found "white" upgrade face covers, but I'd rather stick with the stock, black one.

If anyone knows where I can find them, please let me know. Also, I'll need to know how difficult it would be to replace. Do you need special tools?

Thanks!

I'm not fond of white gauges either. This link has some different colors but not black. It would be easier just to change the whole set of dash gauges though.

Someone on eBay has this for $99. You could ask here if someone can sell you a gauge cluster.

I recently removed my gauge cluster (2001) in order to install a new lens and to replace the three primary illumination bulbs as well as 5 of the others that were dead. Although a bit time consuming, it's pretty straightforward to pull the cluster.

I would recommend buying a used cluster on Ebay and then swapping just the affected dial.
