My nitrous setup has a toggle switch to allow me to be used either a buttom(next to my cup holdlers) or when my throdle is 100%.
For my everyday driving I dont even activate the nitrous.

Could be a bad TPS sensor, but I have ALOT MORE MILES THAN YOU, i experienced this at red lights, motor would idle low and rough almost DIE and then when i gave it 100% throttle is was bogged down and had no power,

It was not my maf, fuel filter, plugs, coil pack, or fuel pump, IT WAS THE THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR, have a look at one, If my story sounds like you

TPS is really easy to replace, it's on the back of the throttle body directly opposite the throttle-opening cam that has the throttle cable attached to it. Just unplug the sensor, unscrew the two screws holding it on there, and reverse the process to put the new one back on. Seriously, really easy.

I think I should probobly replace it do to the nitrous.
Could I also clean it the way I cleaned my MAF sensor?

Doubtful that you can clean it... besides they're pretty cheap from trdparts4u, around $30 I think.

TrackRunner and NX Tacoma I think you both have different issues from the sounds of it.

TrackRunner, with all the fuel in the EVAP system, you should be looking at your FPR (fuel pressure regulator) because if it wasn't functioning properly it could be circulating lots of fuel back to the gastank. Check your injector rail pressure and see if you are within spec.

NX Tacoma, yours could also be a few things. The dying at idle could be TPS (check resistance with a DMM.....make sure it is linear and doesn't have any breaks and that resistance is linear), MAF (clean with brake cleaner.....works better than electrical contact cleaner), IAC (remove and clean assembly) and there could be a few others but those would be a good starting point to eliminate first.

Idle Air Control valve.

Corey......maybe we might want to add that IAC cleaning thread to the writeup section since the pics are great?!

You might also want to try checking the injector's resistance with a DMM (Digital Multi Meter) too.
kmchby76 did a great writeup on here of how to check them:

The other thing would be to just verify with a compression test you don't have any mechanical issues.

Kwikseal was used in the writeup. I dont think sealing that is that difficult and kwik seal or other gasket maker will do. It is only air.

I dont understand why the dealer would not be able to get a gasket though. There should be a gasket set of the throttel body and intake??
