Front Recovery Points on 2002 Taco

I noticed two bolted on eye rings on the front of my frame. Can I use these places as recovery points, or just where are the front recovery points if there are any on a stock bumper?
Thanks
Bill

Do not use those eye brackets as recovery points. Those are tie down points for use on a flat bed. Up front you have the stock tow hook on the passenger side. That's you're front recovery point.
