But would a dual sound any deeper than a single out?

All right I have my sound clip from water fording my 4runner this summer.

This is with a 28" glass pack. I will get some clips of my flowmaster offset off road 40 series muffler in a couple days.

I think I found my next muffler.

Does sound pretty sweet...im looking to replace my 18" magnaflow with some alittle more quieter, maybe a 24" magnaflow and resonator.

Is your Magnaflow as deep as the Flowmaster in that Tacoma clip?

Thats is what I have decided to do. 2.5" IN/OUT of HighFlow Cat and 2.5" IN/OUT of Muffler with single out. I think itll sound nice.

Yeah try to hold a camera out the window and drive as straight as you can without dropping it! Did you see that guy at the very end? He was so pissed that I had been going through the water, and for what reason?

I will post some more but you tube takes forever.

hahhaa. Yeah, I noticed that guy, I didn't know if you knew him or not. Did he say anything, or did he just give you a nice cold stare?

Just the cold shoulder. But to make things even better, a 10" lifted new dodge ram started getting some balls and took my idea for a free underbody wash! 3" lifted 4runner vs. a Huge ram.... I think for everyone when I say Toyota had the guts.

That guy really was pissed after that huge stupid Dodge started plowing through the water crossing, so he called the cops. I saw that guy later who drove the dodge and he said that he threw a belt after that!

The magnaflows were really quiet at startup but you could def hear it when revving, but i liked the flowmaster it had more volume, nice tone but not ridiculous either. Its great.
Between the 18" Mag and the Flow 50 which one was deeper?

I had the 22 Mag, cus I thought the 24 would sound too close to stock--I haven't tried the 50, but you definatley can tell it apart when it's on other rigs. IMO the 50 would be deeper.

Well, I was able to get a single in dual out 18" Magnaflow for $68 with free shipping so I got that. Im also getting a highflow cat so I'm thinking that will help with the tone.
