In theory yes, but it can be done with the right size of piping.

From my recollection I've done learned that them gas fumes from the duals build up behind the truck and melt your brain...free of charge. Any mythbusting of this nonsense?

My vote is for the Delta flow with center in/center out.
I have the 40 Delta series..it sounds awesome but sometimes i wish it was a little quieter when shifting through gears. Eventually I'm going to replace it with a 50 Delta series or a 24" Magnaflow.

Yeah rocket is right. I have had a 26" glass pack and it wasnt near as loud as my flowmaster 40 offroad muffler. I currently ordered a 24" magnaflow from summit and hopefully it will be nice and quiet with a little rumble. I hate flowmaster now.

I can post a movie with the sound of the glass pack and a clip oif the sound of the flowmaster if you guys would like to hear the differences. It kind of sounds like the flowmaster 50 series is a whole lot quieter thatn the 40 series. And to think that I bought the flowmaster to actually be quieter than my glasspack. Dont believe them when they say that the offroad version has an added baffle for less noise transmission into the body. Flowmaster is full of S**T!!!

Is it literally the pressure on your back?

I've been having terrible pain coming from my L4 and L5. Any mods to get rid of this pain?

I just want the deepest I can get. Sound needs to be quieter than the vortex, but louder than a magnaflow 24. I think the 50 will hit that on the head.

Its actually smooth and deep... its almost so deep you cannot even hear it.

I swear to god, this guy asked me about 3 months ago. "Hey, you got a v8 in that?". lol.

A $15 glasspack is hard to beat for sound, performance and cost. There seems to be some correlation between price and approval. Mo money seems to increase acceptance. Yeah, the glasspack will rust out sooner but most last 2-5 years depending on yo location.

My $0.02 and over 40 years experience.
