There's a TON of room in there after pulling the mechanical and the shroud! If you add things like doing the ISR mod into the picture, then the engine compartment is really looking like an "oldie" - i.e., before All The Crap!

And yes, the FLX-210 is set to pull air from in front of the radiator. Though, in theory, since it's a DC fan, you can reverse the power leads and the fans will run backwards, but that doesn't imply that the motors, blades and bearings were _designed_ to run backwards.

Anyway... yes, the -210 is designed to bolt-on and go for our trucks.

When I go to Summit Racing and search for model-specific fans, the search comes up with the 265, not the 210. There is about a $100 difference between the two. My question for those that have done this is what is the difference? If the 265 is a kit that bolts right on, I don't mind spending the extra money if it's $100 more convenient.

save your money and use a volvo or taurus fan with variable speed controller

search for others that installed electric fans, there are cheaper and just as effective ways to do it without flex-a-lite
