Code 12 & 26

Pulled these codes today after I noticed the CEL on. Code 12 is RPM signal and it points towards the distributor circuit. Code 26 is Rich Air fuel ratio. Do these seem to work in conjunction with each other? Anyone know what possibly to test first?

I pulled code 26 a while ago and would also like to knwo what I should check for it.

Here's mine:

14 No ignition Reference Signal
24 Air Temp Sensor Circuit open or short
31 air flow meter circuit open or short
