Hoping to give this thread a bump: Has anyone had any recent luck tracking down the black or grey FJ cruiser trail teams edition wheels from the dealership or elsewhere (part numbers PTR20-35080 & PT904-35071, respectively)? Anyone know someone with a set for sale?

I finally found a set of the TRD anthracite wheels and I recently had them installed with 285/75/16 BFG All Terrains. I have taken my truck back to the shop 5 different times and they are not able to properly balance the setup. I'm getting bad vibrations at highway speeds and I'm not sure how to fix it. The shop has been using a standard balancing machine and I'm considering taking it to a higher-end shop for the road force balancing. Does anyone have experience with the road force balancing? Any other recommendations for addressing this issue? Could it possibly be a defective tire and, if so, how can I determine that? Thanks.

I got the wheels new in the box from a Toyota dealership. I also bought the tires brand new from Discount Tire Center. Discount Tire Center mounted the tires on the wheels, and they even completely dismounted and re-mounted the tires in an attempt to address the issue the last 2 times I took it back. According to the shop, they mount the BFGs all the time and they've never had this much trouble. I don't think the wheels are bent which leads me to think something's wrong with the tires. Is there any warranty provision that might be in effect here? Thanks for the help.

I have some fj wheels that I will be mounting on my 4runner here soon. My current wheels are those cheap steel wheels with universal lugs nuts, will these lugs work on the fj wheels or should I get some factory lug nuts?

Do you have stock brakes up front or have you done the 231mm upgrade? I found a deal on a set of these wheels but I'm wanting to make sure they clear the 231's with no spacers or clearance issues.
Here's my 99 with 2010 4runner wheels if anyone wants to use it as reference??!! No spacer, no problem. I just put brand new 275/70/17 BFG AT's on it a couple days ago, I'll try to take some pics soon!! The tires in this pic are my old worn down 265/70/17's. The 275's are AWESOME, but it did make the truck a little less peppy cause of the gearing. But, for those of you guys that are not big enough for 285's, the 275's are a very good substitute.
285/70/17 = 32.8"
275/70/17 = 32.2"
Stock 265/70/16 = 30.7"
Rock on!!

I just got these a few days ago. They are the 2014 4Runner Trail Edition wheels. People are also putting them on their FJ's too. Thats where I got this set of 5 wheels/tires. This is on stock suspension, and there is NO rubbing at all. Tires are 265/70/17
