Fitting on Intake 3.4L

Fitting on Intake 3.4L
There is a fitting with a rubber cap on the intake on my taco. Is this the best spot to run the cleaners that clean the intake and the whole fuel system? Just wondering where the best place in the intake would be to run the stuff in.
