Finally ready for an Amsoil air filter...

My K&N is filthy and disgusting after only 6 months. It is time to go to filter heaven. It's all clogged and I am too lazy to clean it again.

I was wondering where is the best place to buy one of the Amsoil filters. Does anyone know the model number for my 3.4l?

TS-115 is the model number. Around $30

$30??? That makes me upset that I paid $60 for the K&N in the first place. It seems that everyone raves about the Amsoil so I might as well give one a try. For $30, what do I have to lose?

Exactly AMSoil is the best, glad you decided to make the switch. Get it from the link on Gadget's site. Sorry I don't have the time to get the link for ya, I'm late for class but just wanted to throw in my .02. Good luck.

Another option to consider. Doc Z writes in the thread titled "Hi!":

Not the cheapest, but if you are into TRD stuff, the Doc says its cheaper:

Hey, i bought the TRD filter for about $70 before i knew about the AMSOIL. This was when it first came out. I just recently switched to the AMSOIL filter. I think it is a lot better. I can here more intake noise, which tells me the filter has a higher air flow. Also, i believe the AMSOIL filters much more.
