Finally pics of new tires and painted rims

I decided not to run the LC rims and just painted mine (about a month ago) using Rustoleum then put Revos on them. So far holding up fine.

sold them to a yt member a while back. if you scuff/sand, degrease and use decent paint it should stick.....powder coating would have been my first choice but it was too expansive.... so far i'm not regreating going this route and if they start to chip/flake i'll just re-touch. no big deal. thing is, don't spray them off with a high pressure washer like the ones found at car washes, hand clean only and dont use nasty wheel cleaners. should be fine.

Guess I'll give it a shot then! What do I have to lose?

Isn't the rim anodized? Then certain types of oven cleaner will etch it, and paint will stick much better.

Looks really good man, the tire shine really completes the look.

Would this look be considered "murdered?"
