More than $80... They're pricey.

I was looking at the Bushwacker 31913-11's which are over $380:

ranma21, is this your auction? If so, what's the model number of this kit?

I agree!! the shipping is kinda high, but with the $80 buy it now plus shipping comes out $160 shipped, that is way cheaper than anywhere. I remember the cheapest I found was $220 plus shipping or something. I would definatelly jump on this if I am not oging to do my limited flare mod.

They are about 1/2 inch "less wide" than factory.

1/2" narrower than which factory ones? The Sport or SR5? The pics on eBay look wider than SR5 and about as wide as Sport or Limited.

I would not call what came on SR5 flares, they are more like fender trim. And those Bushwackers are about as wide as the Limited, but more specifically about 1/2" narrower.

Those are supposed to be the OEM Limted look-a-likes. Those are exactly what I have on my truck, and $80 is a steal for brand new ones. I paid arround $250 3 years ago for mine.

Thanks ranma!

I asked the seller about them and got this as a reply:

In answer to your question, the part # for the "Extend a Fender" Flares s 3140102. The part # for the included boots is 351600111. Keep in mind, the boots are not necessary unless you have the limited edition 4-Runner with running boards.

To bid or purchase this item, go to:

fwiw, the "$80 shipping" that Bob typed above is probably a typo. The seller is looking for $80 (as a buy-it-now) PLUS shipping.

Check out the retail on Buswacker #31401-02:

Yeah i originaly bought them thinking they were the "wider then factory" flares... becuase the price was so cheap. I then realised I made an ass of my self, and emailed teh seller offering to pay for all listing fees. Sorry for the screw up guys ! Hope u enjoy Midiwall.

Oh bummer man...

I jumped on 'em for two reasons - a) I lost a Limited flare from the front on a trail, b) I hate the big bulky looking silver-on-red.

For the price, I dunno how I could go wrong, and if it doesn't work out, then I can put them back up on The 'Bay and be happy.

Those are the "Limited" style flares which are about a 1/2 inch thinner than the OEM Limited flares;I had them on my '97 and they do look good.

Black! I'd been wanting to pull mine and paint them for eons and just never had. Now I dun't have ta'!

I'll work on before/after pics when I get into 'em.

Hey X-AW; I have a couple of questions...

Will these cover the stock holes in the fender(s)? And how do they handle the cladding, does it end up looking "stockish" but in black? Frankly, I'd like to have it gone.
