Will a regular radiator shop install one of these or is this a do it yourself job (coming from someone who doesn't have that skill set- yet)

 

I'm sure you can pay some enough to do this, I have very little skills myself and I did mine about a year ago it was very easy, I secured my mine through the radiator the little plastic feet very easy took About an hour and half good piece of mind!

Do it yourself, it is really a pretty simple task to get your feet wet with. Hardest part is figuring out where you want to mount it.

 

as they said above, it's DIY and if you get the TRD ATF cooler, then you won't need to figure out where to mount it. Just follow the iinstallation guide as it is meant for the 3rd gen 4unner.
