Exhaust System Replacements

Guys,

First I did a search here for exhaust replacements. Now after reading alot of the post, I still want to ask for advice.
I want to upgrade my 86 4-Runner system. I was thinking of replacing headers, etc, and all new piping for power, mileage, and to cool the engine quicker.
Any advice on who has the best package for performance. This is a road warrier.

I would take it to the toyota dealship, i have found they will do a cat back deal for about 150bucks - any generic muff shop will go about $100 but they will use claps and do crap welds. I personally do not believe that headers and a cat are worth the money as far as performance goes. If you really wana spend the cash anyway LC engineering are my favorets.

As a side note more power never equels better mileage. I deffinatly didnt get better milage - but it sounded better and had good throttle responce, no noticible power.

I put Autochrome headers on my rig, and a dynomax. I had a Pro Max (Bucky Austins) that did my work, bout $125. I noticed the throttle response change drastically.
