Exhaust

I have a 97 T100 and I am about to install headers and custom exhaust. I would like to run a muffler and no cat but Im not sure if it will cause a check engine light . I have done it on a 95 4Runner but it only had one O2 before the cat. The T100 has two, before and after the cat.

Any help would be great. Thanks

You're going to get very little help asking about removing the cat.
Why not just leave it on. There are a lot of people that say that it doesn't benefit you to remove the cat and chances are it's illegal in your area to do it too...

Turbo cars benefit greatly but on a Runner it's just not worth the 2whp gain you MIGHT see just to have a stinky, polluting exhaust.
