Emergency... Cranks but won't start!

Ok, truck has been driving fine. Parked it yesterday but now it cranks and won't start. I changed plugs, wires and coils last week. That's the only new change. 125,000 miles, 4x4 T100. Help. Gotta drive away tomorrow.

Checked EFI fuse and all others. Radio and all accessories on when the key turns. Would this be a fuel pump?

Used some starting fluid to see if it will fire with that and it does so must be fuel related. I'd rather have a fuel problem than spark. Any quick diagnosis suggestions? Shouldn't I hear the fuel pump turn on when I turn the key to the on position? I don't so maybe that's the problem. Is there a quick way to check without pulling the pump?
