EGR removal

Its been suggested I remove my EGR and clean w/ TB cleaner before other actions be taken (new one). Trying to get it off but the side tube won't allow me to pull it straight off. This side tube attaches to the intake man. and has a gasket there. It seems like I need to take off this side tube for EGR removal. Can this gasket be reused? Or am I missing something/a trick in this removal?

If you can get it off without breaking the gasket you should be able to reuse it. I did with mine. I soaked the EGR in brake fluid to get the crap out of the tube.
