How many miles do you have on your truck? Are you planning on doing anything to beef up the transmission?

 

Oh ya, the torque is very nice. My 4Runner has more power to make it up Parley's canyon (SLC to Park City) pulling my boat with the supercharger than it did with no load and N/A. It is a big difference!


If you go for colder plugs, Gadget no longer recommends NGK BCPR-7ET, he now recommends Denso 5062. He said that they are basically the same plugs but the Denso cost about $11ish less a plug than the NGK.

I replaced my NGK BCPR-7ET yesterday with the Denso's and it seems to be just as good..

Napa had the NGK's for about $6.50 each and has to order them. Looks like I'll be ordering some Denso 5062's instead...

 

No more IK-22's? Or is that just the upgrade from the 5062's?

 

He'll still sell the IK-22's to ya, but he recommends the Denso's.

 

I guess I'll go to the local mom and pop shop and see if they have em. I have to pull mine anyway. People are saying that my stumbling may be from the plugs.

According to that site, the 5062's are regular class and the IK22's are premium class. Isn't it better to run better?
BTW, what are some plugs that would be in the "ultimate" class?
