That's why it isn't working. I think the other side goes to the T-case to sense if you're in 4-Lo, when the case is in 4-lo the wire becomes grounded.

Just re-read your last post, you need to trick the box not the locker....
worked fine before and its still grounded not back to stock all fuses are good

Yes, you are trying to fool the box, not the locker. The box is what controls the locker....

elton, maybe you nuked it! in his write up, #4 states
"Give yourself 2 or 3 inches of slack on that wire FROM the white harness, just in case. Cut the wire and bring out the soldering gun. Tape off the wire hanging down from nowhere. Solder the wire coming out of the white harnass to an extension wire, which you will be grounding."

the pic below shows how you should of done it! Slow down next time you free mod grubbin @$#%$

non the less, glad you got it fixed...finally! maybe if you made a write up that clearly states the correct way to wire the box, bob will put it on his site and in the off road enhancements
