E-locker designated in the VIN number?

E-locker designated in the VIN number?
I did a search and didn't find this, so if I missed it gladly point me in the correct direction. 
I'm looking at used 3rd gen 4Runners online. Is there some kind of designation in the VIN number to indicate if it has an E-locker? Not all the online pix are clear enough to determine that.
