Hi Data,
I have a complete E-locker for sale see the Classifieds. What would you consider "the best price possible" besides free of course!
Cheers,

Well I really only need the actuator. I don't believe my whole unit is bad, if that was the case, I'd purchase yours in a heart beat

downey or nwor sells a cable kit for 100.00. it acts like an e brake cable and locks and unlocks the locker. mine took a crap a few years back, its from moisture getting in.

Well If I had enough cash to buy the whole third, I'd buy it. I'm poor though! Any ideas on what junkyards to check?

What do you mean? The only other replacement I've seen is the downey kit, which most say are crap.

Data,
Tell you what, I'll do one better. I'm going to a junk yard next weekend and since I'm 2 for 2 so far, a 4Runner E-locker and a Taco E-locker, I'll take a look at what they have... If you keep your fingers crossed, I might come accross something for you.
Cheers,
P

P.S. Don't forget, I live in Eastern Canada so I would have to ship but I know what you are willing to part with so I'll keep that in mind...

That's because they got it before they worked the kinks out. I'm local to them and pointed out the flaws and worked with them to fix it. Mine works great. I skiped the elec. portion and went straight to cable. I even gave my motor assem. away to Adam F.

I love it. The hard part is lining everything up during installation. other than that, it works great.

Would this work:

Looks like he might be trying to do a deal with another guy, but I bet $ talks better than trade.
