I put some in awhile back and didn't make much difference. Of course, I do have a 1000 watt system and Toyotas are noted for all the rattles and squeaks. Good luck. Hope it works

hehe, I love it!!

Its exactly what I wanted. Its pretty loud outside, but not that loud inside. I am on the hiway ALOT, so I was kinda worried about resonation... but there is virtually none. I love the way it sounds at idle. mild grumble...

Congrats!

Any feel yet for performance boost? I'm still running my original exhaust on a 96, but I'm itching for some bolt-on fun (short of a supercharger!).

Na, I didn't spring for the full exhaust upgrade. I just want better sound. Plus, the amount of power gained is so small... i figure I'm going to wait til i get an s/c (whichh won't be for a while) and by that point i'll have the rear tire mounted on in the loadworrior and I'll get a full 3" (to the muffler) and 2-3/4 duals out the back. I figure the 3hp I gain won't be worth it, but with the extra air going through with the s/c it can be as much as 15hp.

Here are some pics

Went with the slant cut... it was cheap b/c he had already cut it. I'll get a nicer one later if I really start to not like this one, but it was only $15 installed
