Seems like an intelligent seller. That's always a good sign. Their description is always a good indication of their brain aptitude.

Cool place to put an amp...

The 4.88 gears are not low enough for the Auto transmission and 33's IMHO. Toyota uses 4.88 gears from the factory with the Auto and 31 inch tire package. Even with 31's and 4.88:1 ratio, it is still geared too high for my liking. With the 33's it would need 5.29:1 ratio to be near stock gearing. I have run a 5.71:1 ratio with the auto transmission and 33's and found that to be the optium gearing for the 3.slow,33" tire set-up however the 5.71 gears didn't hold up very long.

Other than that it looks like a good deal, but how can you tell without test driving it?

Simple, you have someone go and drive it for you.
