Just curious to see if 99-00 Highlanders came standard with Rear Lockers? Or were they an option?

i see a ton of highlanders and i have'nt seen one with a e- locker on it

 

I think he is talking about the 4Runners w/ the Highlander package, which later became the Sport package and in 02 became the Sport Edition. From what I have seen the E-locker was not standard equipment on any 3rd gen Runner, it was always an option. It is possible that most Highlander packages had the locker, in central MA where I live every pre 01 LTD I have ever seen that is 4wd had the locker, but in other parts of the country many don't have it.

But a 1999-2000 4Runner Highlander (which was renamed "Sport Edition" from then on).
