Daystar Rock Rails

Has anybody ordered or seen in person or have any experience with the new Rock Rails from Daystar? The new line of 4 Real Steel products looks pretty good but I have not been able to get a whole lot of information or pictures. The only thing I have seen so far is the picture of the Rock Rails mounted on a Tacome Extracab.

Maniac Metal Works design?

That Taco rock slider looks like the Maniac Metal Works design that Schaefer, Mike V. and others have (at least the pic I saw). I believe there was a thread a few months back saying Maniac Metal Works was bought by Daystar to manufacture the Four Real Steel line. Maybe they just rebadged the MMW design.

Interesting. It does look very similar. I remember reading that Daystar was also making the skid plates for somebody on one of the forums, too.

The Daystar line and the old MMW line is different. You can still get the old MMW sliders like we all have, but you have to buy them directly from Maniac and ask for the old Kong's ones.

Daystar had them change them a bit for there line.

The sales guy at Daystar sent me the instructions and they recommend welding but you can bolt them on, too, if you want.
