Once I paint it, I will use some door edgeing to give it a finished look.

 

Mine cut like that on my taco. It's 01 on my 99...I'll get some pics and post them tonight.

Looks great! What did you cut them with? I'm thinking about doing this as well.

 

I used a 2" section of tape to mark my straight line, a 4.5" grinder with a cutting wheel for cutting the straight part.

For the curve I used a flexable guide its a drafting tool(forgot what its called) to mark my curve and used a small air saw to cut it out.


I didnt say a thing about it to my wife. Any bets on now long it will take for her to notice?
