Cruiser springs compatible w/3rd gen?

I am replacing my FJ's stock springs with OME this week, and my 4 runner is in dire need of some new springs for the rear, any chance it could be as easy as using my FJ springs? I have looked for the technical data on these coils, but there isn't much out there...

Fronts will definetly not. Rears most likely not. I'd just ask a supplier of the FJ springs if they are compatible.

I guess i knew the front coils were a no go, but the rears...i will call around tomorrow and see. If not, i might pick up a pair of used 1999 coils here on Yotatech.
