You can also epoxy it back together, to close up the hole. I have seen some plastic-weld stuff works pretty good too.

PO drilled a bunch of holes in the bottom of mine. Used silicone to plug them up.
I would melt it back together, then use silicone or something like that to seal it off.

you don't HAVE to use sensor safe glue, it just needs to dry before you use the truck! wouldn't hurt to be double sure though..... go to home depot or autozone and get yourself a new intake and add a cone filter! what a perfect excuse to do a quick mod....
nice bumper by the way, you have good taste in armor...

So as for a fix i took a bunch of grey rtv, and "glued" well I mean siliconed it back together. It is a custom silicon mounted air box now...... It flexes lol. I think i am going to scrape it off soon and epoxy it.
thanks all for the help

I just took off everything to clean my TB and cleaned everything else while I had it off. Found a crack in the same place. That mount behind the crack is the only good one left on mine (I guess that would put a lot of stress right there). I fabbed up some more mounts and I'm going to epoxy it back together. Shouldn't be a problem anymore.

Need input on replaced air cleaner box
I purchased a used air cleaner box online that was supposed to be an exact fit but I think it’s for a 1994 helux. Mine is a 1992 Toyota pick up standard cab. The one that arrived has the whole cut out on the side instead of the front of the box. My guess is the helux Channels air from a different position on the truck. My question is does anyone know or have a suggestion on how to modify the box . I really don’t want to bore out another hole and cap the other hole to get it to fit. Also the old box has a plastic pipe inside the box and the helux one doesn’t. I don’t know if not using the pipe would effect the intake or sensors. Anyway input would be appreciated.
