Common tire sizes?

Common tire sizes?
I still have a bit of tread left, but am starting to look around at what tires may cost for my '93 4Runner so I can save up.
I would like something between 31 - 33" outside diameter, and 10.5 - 12.5" wide.
What P=metric sizes are common for those sizes? Tire rack kinda allows you to choose anything, and then you come up with no/few choices..

From: 100 miles offshore as much as possible, & Springfield Oregon USA
285/60R18 = 32x11.50
285/65R18 = 33x11.50
305/70R16 = 33x12.50
285/70R17 = 33x11.50
etc more or less, varies slightly by brand
Go to the Tire Rack site www.tirerack.com and select a Tires by Brand. Then select a tire brand, like BFG for example. Then select a model, like All Terrain TA. Then select Specs. You'll get a chart that shows all the sizes and what the actual measurements are. Sweet.
285/65R18 = 33x11.50
305/70R16 = 33x12.50
285/70R17 = 33x11.50
