Clutches
I got a quote for a clutch job on my 91 PU with the 3.0 for $650, which includes changine the main seal on the motor at the same time. Do you guys think that's fair? Also the motor has 110k on it, does it really need a new main seal? Is it a good idea to do that while doing th clutch?
Thanks

What's reasonable then? There is another guy I got quoted from that said $400, but that didn't include the main seal. Also the $650 one was "worst case" according to them and also included resurfacing the flywheel if they thought it needed it.

That's high, the main seal does not add very much time to the jod and is only a ~$20 part. Call some clutch specialty shops as well as independent mechanics for quotes. Places like Clutch Doctors quoted me ~$400 IIRC, for clutch job (parts and labor).
