clutch job

I just picked up a 97 4runner 5speed. I suspect it needs a new clutch / and maybe have the flywheel machined.
When I downshift into 2nd there's a hint of shudder.
I have no way of knowing when / if the clutch was ever done - the po didn't know. It's got 134K miles on it.

I've done this job by myself before, but on a Jeep CJ7.
Can anyone comment on this job on the 4runner?
