Wow man you're coming here with a lot of attitude. If I where you I'd take a step back and check it at the door. Most of these guys have more knowledge about truck, fab, engineering and general mechanics than you could possibly dream of. So chill out and ask an actual question. I think most of these people here can tell you how to get some power back out of your 3.4.

And in addition if all you care about is speed out of an Truck/SUV do your self and everyone a favor and get a car so at least you don't roll it.

0-60 times are only worth looking at for a vehicle built for performance in the first place. Saying "my 4Runner's 0-60 time is too slow, what's wrong with it?" is pointless.
