Cigarette lighter bulb

Cigarette lighter bulb
In the 3rd gens is the bulb in the cig lighter stuck to the holder or can you take it out? I tried to take it out and busted the bulb so I'm probably going to need to get another holder. Anyone know if I can get this at any autoparts store or do I have to go to the dealer?

Dealer sells the replacement for just under $30.
