Check engine light

I was just driving on the highway and i hit a small bump and immediately my check engine light went on. Then about 2-3 seconds later the VSC OFF and VSC TRAC (i think) came on too. Any ideas? The only thing ive done recently is have new tires installed.

your VSC system lights will come on when the check engine light comes on. it is a fail safe system that shuts down part of the vsc system to avoid engine damage if the computer detects an engine problem, i.e. yuor check engine light coming on. not sure what the light is for without knowing the code. autozone will tell you for free.

What's your mileage? 99% of these CEL's seem to be related to the O2 sensor going out.

K&N cold air intake....Hmmmm. Did the light appear after you installed it or has that been installed for awhile? It's not a popular item to have on the 3.4L. Just a thought
